Centre for Legal Resources

Event branding

The business environment in Romania is not dramatically concerned with ethics and conformity. In order to compensate for this lack of interest, these issues formed the theme of Business Ethics and Compliance Conference organised by the Centre for Legal Resources at the beginnning of 2013. The event united around 90 representatives from the fields of business and academia, from the non-governmental sector, as well as representatives from central public institutions.

The event united around 90 representatives from the fields of business and academia, from the non-governmental sector, as well as representatives from central public institutions. They debated measures to be taken by the Romanian state to encourage companies to invest in ethics and in a central system of conformance, as well as the importance of the actions of public and private companies in promoting ethical behaviour and integrity in business.

While memorable, the visual identity is sufficiently reserved so as not to divert attention from the problems presented by the symposium. The logo doesn't have a symbol and is limited to typography, while the brand is represented chromatically by a single colour. The secondary graphic, with the help of a repetitive symbol, suggests the idea of continuity, of evolution and of an ongoing process.

The Centre for Legal Resources, the organiser of the event, is a Romanian non‐governmental organization which actively advocates for the establishment and operation of a legal and institutional framework that safeguards the observance of human rights and equal opportunities, free access to fair justice and which contributes to the capitalization of its legal expertise for the general public interest.
