Romanian corporate website

Euromaster is a tyre service and car maintenance network for retail and professional customers, operating in 16 european countries – Austria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, United Kingdom, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Romania, Spain, Sweden, Swizterland and Turkey – with a total of around 2,000 sales centres. The figures for Romania are impressive: over 100,000 tyres sold in 2011, around 140 employees and a turnover of approximately 22,000,000 euros.


The principal requirements of the brief for the new website were that the tools that enable easy access for customers to the company's services should be clearly visible. First and foremost, it needed to display the online instruments offered by Euromaster – the centre locator and the e-booking system – as well as the request form. Additionally, contact forms and job application forms for vacancies advertised in the Careers section needed to be displayed, and a voucher section and a mini-forum needed to be created.

The site uses responsive design graphics and technology, and consequently adapts perfectly to the device through which it is accessed, regardless of whether it is a laptop, a tablet or a mobile phone.

While the content management system is intuitive and easy to use, we didn't allow any room for error. We prepared an extensive user's manual, in which all situations which an administrator might encounter are explained in detail.
